Why stream? As mentioned above, for instant satisfaction. Yes, the quality of the video isn’t going to be as high, and yes, you’d probably rather wait for the download. But for those special occasions when you do not want to wait, why not keep the option open.

As a pirater, you’ll most likely have enough content to entertain yourself for weeks. However in situations where you weren’t prepared and you just can’t wait for a download to complete, streaming is a great option. For me, this mostly occurs when I finish a TV series and I just have to start the next. So where’s a great place to stream?

You Tube? Yes, if want to be bombarded with kids and amateur script makers. I’m not saying YouTube is a bad place to go but that they may not have what you are looking for. YouTube being as large as it is, are very strict on copy righted materials. Pirated content is very rare and it won’t be up much longer if it is.

Luckily for us, YouTube isn’t the only island in the world. Check out www.veoh.com. They will host full movies and as far as I know, I have not seen them take any content down. Just as an example, search for, “The Great Debater” on veoh. If you haven’t watched it, enjoy… Veoh does require you to download their application to watch anything longer than 20 or 25 minutes. The application has been tested for spyware / malware and it will not harm your system. It’s actually a pretty decent application.
